We believe that everyone can learn to edit audio.
This workshop provides an introduction to editing in Hindenburg - audio editing software created for audio storytellers. By the end, you'll know how to set up new sessions, use keyboard shortcuts, optimize editing tools, add music and effects, and export a finished product. In other words, you'll have a solid grasp on the basics of editing.
This is a practical, hands-on workshop for audio producers of all stripes. We recommend it for those who have never used Hindenburg or beginners that want to expand their knowledge. During the workshop, you will work with recordings provided by the instructor - please do not bring your own project for troubleshooting or workshopping.
Students must bring a laptop and headphones. Note: While Hindenburg is available for both Macs and PCs, the class will be tailored for Macs.
